辽宁产三种苍术苍术素及叶绿素的含量比较分析 被引量:2

Comparative Analysis of the Contents of Atractylodin and Chlorophyll in Three Kinds of Atractylodes from Liaoning Province

摘要 目的:比较相同栽培产地不同品种及生长时期苍术之间苍术素与叶绿素含量的差异,探讨苍术素、叶绿素含量与质量的相关性。方法:采用HPLC法对同一产地3种不同品种的苍术药材进行苍术素的含量测定,叶绿素仪测定同一生长时期苍术叶片的叶绿素含量,结合形态描述,综合比较苍术质量。结果:同一生长时期3种苍术中苍术素含量存在很大差异,茅苍术含量最高,北苍术次之,关苍术最低;茅苍术不同生长时期,苍术素的含量高低依次为苗期(0.35%),果期(0.23%),花期(0.07%)。同一生长时期3种苍术叶绿素含量明显不同,趋势与苍术素含量测定结果一致。结论:结合叶绿素含量、苍术素含量综合比较,清原县栽培的英山茅苍术质量最高,可考虑在东北栽培驯化,创造更高的经济价值。 Objective:To compare the difference of the content of Atractylodes and chlorophyll in different cultivars and growing period in the same cultivation area,and to explore the correlation between the content and quality of Atractylodes.Methods:The content of Atractylodes in three different varieties of Atractylodes from the same area was determined by HPLC method.The chlorophyll content of the leaves of Atractylodes in the same growing period was determined by chlorophyll meter.Results:There were great differences among the three kinds of Atractylodes in the same growing period,the content of Atractylodes lancea (Thunb.)DC.Was the highest,the content of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz was the second,and the content of Atractylodes japonica Koidz.ex Kitam was the lowest.In different growth stages of Atractylodes lancea (Thunb.)DC.,the content of Atractylodin was 0.35 % in seedling stage,0.23 % in fruit stage and 0.07 % in flowering stage.,and the trend was the same as that of the determination of the content of Atractylodin.Conclusion:Combined with chlorophyll content and total content of Atractylodin in Qingyuan County the quality of Atractylodes lancea (Thunb.)DC.cultivated in Qingyuan County is the highest which can be considered for cultivation and domestication in Northeast China to create higher economic value.
