摘要
关苍术正丁醇提取物能够明显增加引起大鼠室性心律失常的乌头碱用量;显著减少氯化钡所致的双相性室性心律失常的大鼠只数,明显推迟心律失常的出现时间,缩短持续时间;并明显增加引起豚鼠室性心律失常的哇巴因用量,表明关苍术正丁醇提取物具有明显的抗心律失常作用。
The antiarrhythmic effects of n-butylethyl extract of Atractylodes japonica Koidz. ex Kitam (NEAJK) were studied in several experimental models. The results showed that NEAJK 200 or 400mg/kg ip, significantly increased aconitine dose at which ventricular arrhythmia was induced in anaesthetized rats and ouabain dose at which ventricular arrhythmia was induced in anaesthetized guinea-pigs, and significantly reduced the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias induced by BaCl_2 in rats. In addition, the NEAJK was shown to shorten the duration and prolong the onset of arrhythmias induced by BaCl_2 in rats. These results suggest that NEAJK plays a significant role in preventing experimental ventricular arrhythmias.
