摘要
用6种大鼠胃溃疡模型观察了关苍术正丁醇萃取物的抗溃疡作用及其作用机理。实验结果，关苍术正丁醇萃取物对醋酸型、幽门结扎型、酒精型及消炎痛型胃溃疡均有明显的对抗作用，而对应激型和利血平型胃溃疡的形成则无对抗作用；关苍术正丁醇萃取物0.18g／kg组还能明显地提高胃液中的PGE2含量（P＜0.05），降低胃液的总酸度（P＜0．01），游离酸度（P＜0．05）和胃蛋白酶活性（P＜0．05）。因此，其作用机理可能与增加胃内的PGE2含量，改善溃疡病灶血循环和促进DNA，RNA及蛋白质的合成有关。
Effects of n-butanol extract of Atractylodes japonica Koidz. ex Kitam. (NEG)on gastric ulcer were stud ied in 6 experimental models. The results showed that NEG inhibited the formation of gastric ulcers induced by acetic acid,plylorus-ligation or indomethacine,but it lacks efficacy in gastric ulcers induced by stress or re serpin. NEG at a dose of 0. 18g/kg significantly increased the PGE2 content in gastric juice (P<0.05),de creased the total acidity (P/0.01),free acidity and pepsinase activity(P<0.05)in gastric juice. The results suggested that the pharmacological mechanism of NEG may be involed with increasing PGE2 content in gastric juice,improving blood circulation in ulcer, promoting DNA, RNA and protein synthesis
