摘要
目的探究抗阻运动对乳腺癌改良根治术联合放疗后上肢淋巴水肿患者生物电阻抗改变及预后的影响。方法选取2015年6月至2018年6月于本院进行乳腺癌改良根治术联合放疗后发生上肢淋巴水肿患者106例,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各53例,给予观察组患者抗阻运动干预,对照组患者无特殊干预。治疗2周后,比较两组患者生物电阻抗改变及预后。结果治疗2周后,观察组患者患肢液体明显少于本组治疗前及同期对照组(P_均<0.05),患肢肘上10 cm处周径和患肢肘下10 cm处周径均明显短于对照组(P_均<0.05),治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对乳腺癌改良根治术联合放疗后发生上肢淋巴水肿患者进行抗阻运动干预,可以明显减少上肢液体含量,减轻上肢淋巴水肿,提高肌肉力量,改善预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of resistance exercise on bioelectrical impedance and prognosis of patients with upper limb lymphedema after modified radical mastectomy.Method 106 patients with upper extremity lymphedema after modified radical mastectomy combined with radiotherapy were enrolled in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group.Observation group patients were given anti-resistance exercise intervention,and control group patients had no special intervention.After 2 weeks of treatment,the changes in bioelectrical impedance and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Result After 2 weeks of treatment,the limb fluid of observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment and control group(Pall<0.05).The circumference of the upper 10 cm of the affected limb elbow and the lower 10 cm of the affected limb elbow were significantly shorter than that of control group(Pall<0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anti-resistance exercise intervention for patients with upper extremity lymphedema after modified radical mastectomy combined with radiotherapy can significantly reduce the fluid content of upper limbs and upper limb lymphedema,improve the muscle strength and prognosis.
