摘要
肌肉力量训练是现代运动训练中必不可少的重要内容。回顾肌肉力量训练的研究历史,从生理学角度综述近年来在肌肉训练方法、效果及其机制方面取得的新进展。总结认为,从宏观的训练计划设计到微观的分子细胞学理论,肌肉力量训练方法的研究不断丰富和深入,但效果检验和适应机制方面还需进一步深入研究。
The muscle power training is the essential link to the modern athletic training.We reviewed the research history of muscle power training in the article,and summaried the new progresses made by domestic and international researchers in the muscle training methods,the effect and mechanism from a physiological point of view in the recent years.The research results show that the studies of muscle power training methods continue to enrich and go deep into from macro design of the training to the micro theories of molecular cytology,but the ones of the effect inspection and adaptation mechanisms need to be explored in depth.
