摘要
目的建立活血调经丸中丹皮酚含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,岛津VP-ODS色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为274nm。结果丹皮酚进样量在7.84～78.40μg(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.20%,RSD=0.49%(n=9)。结论 HPLC法简便快捷、结果准确,可用于活血调经丸中丹皮酚的含量测定及该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the paeonol content in Huoxue Tiaojing Pills. Methods HPLC was used to detect paeonol in Huoxue Tiaojing Pills, with Shimadz VP-ODS C18 column（250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） . The mobile phase consisted of methanol-H2O（60 ∶ 40） . The flow rate was 1. 0 mL / min. The detecting wavelength was at 274 nm. Results The method was linear at the range of 7. 84-78. 40 μg for paeonol（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 99. 20% , RSD = 0. 49% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be applied to the content determination of paeonol and the quality control of Huoxue Tiaojing Pills.
