摘要
库车山前克深区块地质条件复杂,高陡构造地层广泛分布,直井防斜打直与优快钻进矛盾突出。在该区块开发中,引入了中石油西部钻探有限公司自主研发的垂直钻井系统,应用于6口井。与同区块克深901井应用Power-V垂直钻井系统相比,应用Φ445 mm系统的井段机械钻速提高了12. 3%,应用Φ333 mm系统的井段机械钻速提高了44. 6%,井斜控制效果相当。
The Keshen block of piedmont area in Kuche is characterized by complicated geological conditions and steep inclined structure is widely distributed.The contradiction between vertical well inclining prevention and high-speed drilling is prominent.The vertical drilling system independently developed by Xibu Drilling Engineering Company Limited of CNPC is introduced into this block and a total of 6 wells are used.Compared with the Power-V vertical drilling system used in Keshen 901 well in the same block,the penetration rate ofΦ445 mm well section is increased by 12.3% ,and the rate ofΦ333 mm well section is increased by 44.6% .Furthermore,the deviation control effect is comparably good.
