摘要
概述了垂直钻井技术的基本原理及其在塔里木油田的应用状况,详细叙述了两种垂直钻井系统(VTK和Power-V)在塔里木油田克拉4井的应用情况,并对现场应用效果进行了对比和分析,提出了现有条件下需解决的问题及改进建议.
Inclining prevention and drilling-speed enhancing is a pair of contradiction in drilling well in mountain front steep structural formation.The inclination angle of the mountain front structural formation in Talimu Basin generally ranges from 15°to 80°.In order to solve the contradiction,three internationally advanced vertical drilling systems are introduced.Two of them,VTK drilling system and Power-V drilling system are applied in Talimu Oilfield.The application results of them in Kela-4 well show that,they can all effectively control hole inclination and increase drilling speed,but the performance of Power-V drilling system is better than that of VTK drilling system.Some problems existing in the field applications of them are proposed and some improvement suggestions are given.
