摘要
钻井过程中影响井斜的因素很多 ,且井斜给钻井、完井等作业带来一系列的危害 ,并造成巨大损失。近年来国内在复杂深井钻井中多次出现井斜问题 ,突出表现在玉门青西、青海柴达木盆地、四川川东、塔里木山前等地区。在现场使用较多的除钟摆钻具和满眼钻具防斜技术外 ,主要发展了偏轴钻具防斜技术、螺杆钻具配合PDC钻头防斜技术等 ,但总体来看在直井防斜打快方面进展不大。国外近年来则研制了VDS、SDD、VertiTrak、PowerV等具有主动防斜能力的自动化井斜闭环控制系统 ,成功地解决了高陡构造、断层、盐层等情况下钻进时的井眼质量问题。国内陡倾构造地区井斜问题非常普遍 ,因此应尽快开展新型防斜打快理论研究 。
The hole deviation has many influencing factors during drilling process. Severe hole deviation in vertical wells often occurs during complex deep well drilling in China, especially in Yumen-Qingxi, Chaidamu Basin of Qinghai, east Sichuan province, mountain areas of Tarim oil field in recent years. In order to control hole deviation, some technologies such as eccentric-axis drilling assembly and downhole motor matched with PDC bit besides conventional pendulum and packed hole assemblies have been developed and used in drilling. But there are little achievements in deviation control for drilling vertical well. In recent years, some new systems have been worked out in other countries, such as vertical well drilling system (VDS), straight hole drilling device (SDD), VertiTrak and PowerV. These systems are ideal for drilling highly-dipped formations and fault zones. The deviation tendency is very common in steep dip formations of China. Therefore, it is urgent to develop new deviation control devices and new technologies in China.
