摘要
在钻井过程中,实现高陡地层的防斜打快是一个普遍存在的技术性难题。国内已有的钻井防斜方法,大多以牺牲钻压、降低机械钻速为代价。因此,都不能经济高效地解决在大倾角、陡构造等地层的井斜问题。介绍了一种井下智能防斜纠斜的钻井工具——φ311垂直钻井系统,其具有自主发电、井下闭环控制、数据井下储存井上回放等特点。该系统可极大地解放钻压、提高钻速,目前已在新疆油田进行了现场试验,并获得成功。
Over the last decades, drilling straight hole through fractured and high dip formation has proven to be challenging.Though there are some methods that could avert the wellbore deviation at present in China, most of them have their defaults, such as decreasing bitweight and penetration speed. The present paper aims to provide a new type drilling tool, named the Ф311 Automatic Verti- cal Drilling System ( Ф311 AVDS ) , which can make a wellbore uprightness automatically. There're some advantages in Ф311 AVDS,such as power generation, downhole closed loop control, data real time transmission and its analysis, etc. The Ф311 AVDS can make the bitweight liberated and rate of penetration boosted greatly. And the Ф311 AVDS has been experimented effectively and successfully in Xinjiang oilfield.
