摘要
成年人在社会外界环境生活当中,如在待人接物上能够保持良好的人际关系,自然可以顺当做事,同时增强自信心与自尊,降低个体内心的孤单、寂寞和不安。依恋理论说明,个体与抚养者之间的关系,会深远地影响其个体的未来发展。如果能够建立安全稳定的依恋对象,就能够发展较为完善的个体人格;否则成为不安全性的依恋,会终身影响个体与他人的交往,甚至导致严重的心理疾病。
Adults in the social environment will inevitably know and interact with all kinds of people.In all aspects of dealing with people,if you can maintain good interpersonal relationships,you can naturally complete things,and also enhance your self-confidence and self-esteem,thus reducing the loneliness,loneliness and uneasiness of the individual.Through the theory of attachment,the relationship between the individual and the dependent will profoundly affect the future development of the individual.It is quite important to prove the security and insecurity of attachment.If a safe and stable attachment object can be established,it can develop a relatively perfect individual personality;on the contrary,if it is not given,it will develop into insecurity.Attachment will affect the interaction of individuals with others for life,and even become a serious mental illness.
