摘要
目的:探讨大学一年级学生的大学适应和成人依恋的关系。方法:使用大学生适应性量表(CSA)I和亲密关系量表(ECR),对390名学生进行测评。结果:①大一学生成人依恋安全型12.7%,恐惧型53.8%,专注型18.8%,冷漠型15.0%。②安全型依恋个体的大学适应的多个方面显著好于其他依恋类型个体;恐惧型个体的大学适应状况最差,身心状况不及冷漠型个体,人际适应和角色适应不及专注型个体。③依恋回避或者依恋焦虑与大学适应各维度呈负相关。
Objective： To explore the relationship between adaptability and adult attachment of college freshmen. Methods： College Student Adaptability Inventory （CSAI） and Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory （ECR） were used to investigate 390 college freshmen. Results： （1） The college freshmen, adult attachment styles were security 12.7%,fear 53.8%, preoccupation 18.8%, and indifference 15.0% respectively. （2）The individuals with security attachment style had higher adaptability than the students with fear, preoccupation or indifference attachment styles. The individuals with fear attachment style had the lowest adaptability than others, especially, their Somatic-mental Symptom is lower than students with indifference attachment style, their Interpersonal Adaptability and Self Adaptability is lower than students with preoccupation attachment style. （3）Attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety were both negatively correlated with adaptability.
