摘要
该文通过分析人力资源信息管理所面临的问题,以兴化市人民医院人力资源信息管理系统平台建设为依托,运用PDCA循环方法就人力资源信息管理系统在实践中反馈的问题进行持续改进,将精细化的要求逐渐贯彻在各个环节之中,促进人力资源管理规范化、信息化,从而助推医院精细化管理。
This paper analyzes the problems faced by human resources information management, and relies on the construction of human resources information management system platform of Xinghua People’s Hospital. The PDCA circulation method is used to continuously improve the feedback of human resources information management system in practice. The requirements of refinement will be gradually implemented in all links to promote the standardization and informationization of human resources management, thus promoting the refined management of hospitals.
