摘要
随着国家对于医疗卫生信息化改革的不断深入,当代医院的管理模式正在悄然发生变化。医院正逐渐从以医疗业务为重点的管理模式,向医疗+运营的整体现代化管理模式转变。HRP成为帮助医院实现运营管理现代化的助推器。医院通过HRP系统的应用,可逐步实现物流、资金流、信息流的一体化整合;通过对医院财务的一体化管理、物流的精细化管理及员工绩效的战略化管理,使医院全面提升运营管理水平,实现"经济效益"与"社会效益"双赢。
With the deepening of medical and health information reform, contemporary hospital management mode is quietly changing from focusing on medical service to overall operational and medical management. HRP is becoming a booster to help hospitals achieve management modernization. This paper mainly described that within the support of HRP system, hospitals can gradually realize the integration of logistics flow, cash flow and information flow.
