摘要
人才是医院核心竞争力的基石,是医院建设与发展的源动力,科学、规范、有效的招聘流程有利于引进优秀人才。本文从当前医院发展对人才需求的现状入手,分析传统招聘方式存在的缺陷,结合所在医院人才招聘工作经验,分别从招聘的前期、中期、后期进行分析、归纳和总结,提出医院人才招聘流程建构的合理化建议。
Personnel talent was the cornerstone of hospital core competency and also the original motility of its construction and development. A scientific, regulatory and effective procedure benefited the recruitment of ex- cellent personnel talents. The article began with the current situation with respect to the increasing demand for ex- cellent personalities during a hospital's development, and then demonstrates the defects of traditional means of re- cruitment. Based on daily practices and experiences, it comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the early, the middle and the last stages of the recruitment, providing reasonable and feasible suggestions on the procedure struc- ture of the issue.
