摘要
根据新时期深化医院内部绩效改革的要求,某院通过两轮推进科室内部绩效考核与二次分配工作的实践,探讨医院内部绩效考核与分配制度改革对医院内部运行机制的影响。激发全院职工的能动性、积极性和创造性,增强职工获得感,进一步引导全院职工更加注重内涵质量,提升医院医疗综合技术水平,更好地为民众提供优质的服务。
According to the requirements of deepening the reform of hospital internal performance in the new era,through two rounds of promoting the internal performance appraisal and second work assignment in a hospital,the influence of the hospital internal performance appraisal and distribution system reform on the internal operation mechanism of the hospital is discussed.We should stimulate the initiative,enthusiasm and creativity of the whole staff,enhance the sense of employee acquisition,further guide the staff of the whole hospital to pay more attention to the connotation quality,enhance the comprehensive medical technology level of our hospital,and provide better service for the people.
