摘要
目的探讨风险管理护理在颅脑外伤护理中的应用效果。方法选取116例于2017年2月—2018年2月在该院进行治疗的颅脑外伤患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,给予对照组以常规护理,研究组于对照组基础上加施风险管理护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果两组患者护理前GCS评分与SF-36评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后均有所上升,研究组护理后评分明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意率为96.55%,明显高于对照组的67.24%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对颅脑外伤患者进行护理的过程当中,给予其风险管理护理可提高患者生活质量与护理满意度,具良好护理效果。
Objective To study the application effect of risk management nursing in the nursing of craniocerebral trauma. Methods 116 cases of patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group used the routine nursing, while the study group used the risk management nursing on the basis of the control group, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results There were no obvious differences in the GCS scores and SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05), and the indexes after nursing increased, and the nursing scores in the study group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the nursing satisfactory rate in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group (96.55% vs 67.24%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The risk management nursing in patients with craniocerebral trauma can improve the quality control circle and nursing satisfactory degree, and the nursing effect is good.
