摘要
目的研究宫颈癌者行个性化护理对焦虑抑郁情绪、术后并发症及生活质量的影响。方法分析本院2015年9月~2016年9月诊治的宫颈癌90例患者资料,按照临床所用不同护理方案分成2组,对照组45例患者行常规性护理,观察组45例患者在其基础上行个性化护理,对两组焦虑抑郁情绪、术后并发症及生活质量情况进行对比。结果观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组术后总并发症率4.44%比对照组20.00%低,且生活质量评分总分(84.50±14.45)分比对照组(65.40±13.06)分高(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌者行个性化护理能够改善患者心理状态,减少术后并发症发生,且提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To study the effect of individualized nursing on anxiety and depression, postoperative complications and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer. Methods 90 patients with cervical cancer were divided into two groups, The patients in control group （ n=45 ） were treated with routine nursing care, while the patients in observation group （n=45） were treated by individualized nursing, The anxiety, depression, the postoperative complications and quality of life of all patients were investigated. Results After treatment, the anxiety and depression scores in observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）; The ostoperative total complication rate in observation group （4.44 % ） was lower than that the control group （ 20.00 % ）, and the total quality of life score in observation group was higher than that the control group （P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The individualized nursing care can improve psychological status, reduce the postoperative complications of patients with cervical cancer, and improve the patients quality of life.
