摘要
目的:探讨虚拟网络案例视频教学软件培训对提高护生护患沟通能力的效果。方法:选取上海某高职院校护理学院2016级护理专业60名护生,随机分为实验组和对照组各30名,对照组采用常规进临床实习前培训,实验组在常规培训的基础上增加虚拟网络案例视频教学软件培训。干预前后采用护生临床沟通能力测评量表(自评量表)、护理专业学生护患沟通能力评价量表(他评量表)评价护生的护患沟通能力。结果:干预后实验组护生护患沟通能力自评和他评的各维度评分均有所提高,且均具有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论:运用虚拟网络案例视频教学软件的学习和实践有利于提高护生护患沟通能力。
Objective: To explore the effect of Virtual Network Case Video Teaching Software Training on improving nurse-patient communication ability of nursing students. Method: Sixty nursing students of grade 2016 in a nursing college of a higher vocational college in Shanghai were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received routine pre-clinical training, and the experimental group added Virtual Network Case Video Teaching Software Training on the basis of routine training. Clinical communication ability scale (self-rating scale) and nurse-patient communication assessment scale (rating scale depending on others) for Nursing students were used to evaluate the Nurse-patient communication ability before and after intervention. Results: The scores of self-evaluation and other dimensions of communication ability in the experimental group were all improved, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: The study and practice of Virtual Network Case Video Teaching Software is helpful to improve the nurse-patient communication ability.
