摘要
职业自我效能感是个体在职业决策过程中对自身完成各项特定职业任务所必需的能力的觉知或对实现职业行为目标的信心。以高职学前教育专业实习生为研究对象,通过问卷调查、访谈法对其社会支持与职业自我效能感的影响机制进行了调查分析。结果表明:高职学前教育专业实习生职业自我效能感处于中等偏上水平。其中,职业认知与发展效能感水平最低;职业自我效能感在生源类型、家庭所在地等方面不存在显著差异,但在报考意愿方面存在差异;社会支持与职业自我效能感的发展存在显著正相关,其中,主观支持是影响职业自我效能感的关键因素。
Career self-efficacy is an individual’s awareness of his ability to accomplish specific profession-al tasks or his confidence in achieving the goal of professional behavior during career decision making.In thisstudy,the effects of questionnaire survey and interview on the social support and professional self-efficacy wereinvestigated,and the results showed that the professional self-efficacy of students in higher vocational juniorcollege was at a moderate level.Among them,the level of professional cognition and development efficacy is thelowest.There were no significant differences in the type of source and family location,but there were differenc-es in the willingness to apply.The initial intention of the examination is to be a kindergarten teacher,and the to-tal score of the professional interpersonal efficacy and career self-efficacy is significantly higher than not to bea kindergarten teacher’s intern;There is a significant positive correlation between social support and careerself-efficacy.Among them,subjective support is the key factor affecting career self-efficacy.
