基于SEM的高职学生创新创业能力结构及影响因素研究 被引量:5

摘要 实施创业教育,增强学生的创新创业能力是高职院校面向经济社会改革,实现人才培养模式创新,促进就业的重要途径。通过利用归纳分析法,得出高职学生创新创业能力主要包括目标管理能力、沟通谈判能力、创业韧性、决策魄力、执行能力及创新学习能力。通过探索性因子分析,结果表明:高职学生创新创业能力量表具有较好的信度与效度,随后再通过结构方程模型(Structural Equation Model,SEM)对高职学生创新创业能力的6个方面进行验证,结果表明:所构造的高职学生创新创业能力的6维度结构模型具有较好的拟合度。最后再从性别、所在年级、家庭所在地及是否担任学生干部四个方面对学生创新创业能力的影响进行探讨分析。 It is an important way for higher vocational colleges to carry out entrepreneurship education and enhance students' entrepreneurial ability to realize the innovation of talent training mode and to promote employment. By means of inductive analysis, it is concluded that the innovative entrepreneurial ability of higher vocational students mainly includes the ability of goal management, communication and negotiation, entrepreneurial resilience, decision making, executive ability and innovative learning ability. Through exploratory factor analysis, the results show that the scale has good reliability and validity, and then the structural equation model is used to verify the six aspects of innovative entrepreneurial ability of higher vocational students. The results show that the 6 dimensional structural model of innovative entrepreneurial ability of higher vocational students has a good fit. Finally, the influence of gender, grade, family location and whether to be a student cadre on students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability is discussed and analyzed.
