六种盐藻的营养成分 被引量:17

Nutrient composition of six Dunaliella species

摘要 介绍了杜氏盐藻的生理生态特征,对6种盐藻的主要营养成分进行了分析检测。结果表明:所研究的6种杜氏盐藻均含大量油脂,Dunaliellaparva油脂含量高达细胞干重的44.30%,Dunaliellabioc-ulata与Dunaliellaprimolecta的油脂含量分别为40.78%和39.59%;叶绿素的含量在19.78μg/mL到29.23μg/mL之间;同时对多糖、蛋白质含量也进行了测定。分析结果表明,杜氏盐藻是一种营养丰富的藻类,具有很高的开发价值。实验结果为杜氏盐藻的进一步开发利用提供了依据。 In this paper, physiological and ecological characteristics of Dunaliella are presented in brief. Main nutrient composition of 6 Dunaliella species have been measured. Results show that 6 Dunaliella species are rich in lipids, Dunaliella parva had the highest content of lipid(44.30%on dry weight basis), Dunaliella bioculata and Dunaliella primolecta contained 40.78% and 39.59% of lipid, respectively. The chlorophyll content ranged from 19.78μg/mL to 29.23μg/mL. The contents of polysaccharide and protein are measured, too. It indicated that Dunaliella was a nutritional algae and highly worth furthermore research and development. This study provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of resources of Dunaliella.
