摘要
目的 探讨氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效与脑电变化的关系。方法 对单独服用氯氮平 110例男性精神分裂症住院患者于治疗前及治疗后进行脑电图检测。结果 疗前与疗后 6周末脑电图异常者分别为 12 7%、82 7% ,异常净增 70 % ;疗后脑电变化显著者 (80例 )与不显著者 (30例 )显效率相比 ,其 χ2 =5 78,P <0 0 5 ;疗前 β型脑电图 2 8例与α型脑电图 82例疗后显效率相比 ,其 χ2 =5 4 7,P <0 0 5 ;疗后α频律减慢者 6 1例与不减慢者 2 1例显效率相比 ,其 χ2 =4 79,P <0 0 5。说明上述各项均有显著差异。结论 接受氯氮平治疗后脑电变化显著者、治疗前以
Objective To study the relationship between the therapeutic effect and EEG changes in the treatment of schizophrenia with clozapine.Method EEG was recorded at the 2nd,4th and 6th weekend in 110 cases of male schizophrenic inpatients who took clozapine only.Results The rate of EEG abnormality is 12.7% before treatment and 82.7% after treatment.The response rate was higher in cases having evident EEG changes and α rate slowed after treatment and in cases having β pattern EEG before treatment than in controls(χ 2=5 78,5.47,4.79, P <0 05).There are all significant difference upwards.Conclusion The better effect occurred in the patients who have evident EEG change and α rate slowed after treatment,and who have β pattern EEG before treatment.
