摘要
目的 :探讨氯氮平对首发精神分裂症患者脑电活动的影响。方法 :采用自身前后对照方法 ,比较首发精神分裂症患者服用一次量 2 5 m g氯氮平前及后 0 .5、1、2、3、4、5、6、8、12、2 4小时脑电能量变化。结果 :服用一次量 2 5 mg氯氮平后 ,α2 频段 Fp2 、F8导联 ,α3频段 F4、F8导联 ,β频段 F8、0 1导联脑电能量在第 5～ 6小时较服药前显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,第 2 4小时基本恢复用药前水平 ;α2 频段 Fp1 、F4导联 ,α3 频段 Fp1 、Fp2 、T4导联 ,β频段 T4、T5 、O2 导联能量呈降低趋势 ,但未达显著水平 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;θ频段Fp2 、F7导联 ,δ频段 F3、F4、F7、C3导联能量在第 5～ 6小时较服药前显著增高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,第 2 4小时基本恢复用药前水平 ,δ频段 Fp2 、F8、T3、T4、T6 、P3、O2 导联 ,θ频段 C3、T5 、P3、O1 、O2 导联 ,α1 频段 C3、O2 导联能量有增高趋势 ,但未达显著水平 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :氯氮平对首发精神分裂症患者脑电图的影响为α1 、θ、δ频段能量增加 ,α2 、α3、β频段能量降低。
Objective:To study the effect of clozapine on the EEG initial onset's schizophrenics.Methods:Changes of electrical energy of initial onset's schizophrenics were compared using self pre and post control method before 25 mg clozapine peros and at the one second,1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th,8th,12th and 24th hours after oral administration.Results:After the once oral administration,The energies of F p 2 and F 8 leads of α 2 frequence domain,of F 4 and F 8 of α 3,F 8 and O 1 of β at 5th 6th hours were significantly lower than that of pre administration( P <0.05),at 24th hour basically recovered to the level of pre administration;the energies of Fp 1 and F 4 of α 2,of Fp 1,Fp 2 and T 4 of α 3,of T 4,T 5 and O 2 of β showed decreasing trend,but were not significant lever ( P >0.05);at 4th 6th hours,the energies of Fp 2 and F 7 of θ,of F 3,F 4,F 7 and C 3 of δ were significantly higher than that of pre administration( P <0.05),and at 24th hours basically recoverd to the levels of pre administration;the energies of Fp 2,F 8,T 3,T 4,T 6,P 3 and O 2 of δ,of C 3,T 5,P 3,O 1 and O 2 of θ,and of C 3 and O 2 of α 1 showed increasing trend,but were not significant( P >0.05).Conclusion:The effects of clozapine on the EEG of initial onset's schizophrenics were the increased energies of α 1,δ and θ,and decreased of α 2,α 3 and β.
