摘要
目的 观察氯氮平所致EEG、BEAM改变与疗效的关系。方法 符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准(CCMD-2-R)25例单用氯氮平治疗的患者,在入组前、给药后3小时、2周、6周检测EEG及BEAM,用BPRS观察其疗效。结果 服用氯氮平6周后,82%患者有EEG改变,92%患者有BEAM改变。给药后3小时的EEG改变与疗效有显著关系(P<0.05)。氯氮平在有效剂量范围内,血药浓度与疗效无关。结论 服氯氮平后3小时的EEG改变可作为预测药物疗效的指标。
Objective To explore the relationship between clozapinc induced EEG or BEAM changes and its efficacy.Methods 25 schizophrenic inpatients who met CCMD-2-R criteria were treated with clozapine, and their efficacy were evaluated by BPRS before, and 3 hours, 2 weeks, and 6 weeks after medication. At the same time, EEG and BEAM were determined.Results After taking clozapine, 82% cases showed EEG changes and 92% cases with BEAM changes. There is significant correlation between EEG changes at 3rd hour after clozapinc. There is no correlation between the efficacy and the dosage of clozapine.Conclusion EEG changes at 3rd hour after clozapine can be used as a predictive index for its efficacy.
