摘要
对精神分裂症病人服单一抗精神病药物的１０２４例与未服药的２１３例的脑电图对照分析，发现抗精神病药物对脑电图有明显影响，主要表现为脑波频率不同程度减慢，４．０％出现痫样放电。氯氮平引起脑电图异常率和出现痫样放电率明显高于其它抗精神病药物（Ｐ＜０．００１），其余易引起脑电图异常的药物依次为氯丙嗪、三氟拉嗪、氟哌啶醇、奋乃静和舒必利，且对脑电图影响的程度与剂量大小有关。
The EEGs of 1204 schzophrenic patients administered only antipsychotic drugs were observed and compared with those of 213 drug-free patients.The results showed that the antipsychotic drugs might have significant influence on EEG, mainly showing slowed wave frequency in different degrees.Epileptiform discharges occurred in 4% of the patients. The abnormality rate and epileptiform discharge rate in EEG by clozapine were higher than those by other antipsychotic drugs. Other antipsychotic drugs easily producing abnormal EEG were chlorpromazine,trafluperazine, hyloperidol,parphenazine and sulpiride orderly.The effect on EEG was related to the dosage of antipsychotic drugs.
