摘要
目的分析昆山市居民医疗费用支出状况,了解居民个人现金卫生支出负担,为当地医疗卫生资源的合理利用提供基础数据。方法通过立意抽样,采用现场调查了解昆山市居民两周门诊就诊和一年内住院的医疗费用支出;根据家庭人均收入分层分组,比较不同收入组之间以及与全国次均费用的差别,分析医疗负担情况。结果抽样人群门诊和住院次均医疗费用绝对值分别为291.3元和14 797元,略高于第五次国家卫生服务调查中全国和东部地区水平,占收入均数的比例分别为0.28%和14.23%,明显低于全国和东部地区水平。结论昆山市作为全国经济最发达的县域,居民医疗费用在全国及东部地区均处于较高水平,且医疗费用支付能力较强。
Objective To investigate the medical expenses and cost burden of residents in Kunshan area,and provide basic data for the rational utilization of local medical and health resources.Methods By means of purposive sampling,the on-site investigation was conducted to understand the medical expenses of the residents of Kunshan for two weeks and the medical expenses of the hospital within one year.According to the family income stratification grouping,the differences between different income groups and the national average cost were compared,and the medical burden was analyzed.Results The absolute value of out-patient and in-hospital medical expenses of the sampled population was 291.3 yuan and 14 797 yuan,respectively,slightly higher than the national and eastern regional levels in the fifth national health service survey,accounting for 0.28%and 14.23%of the national average,respectively.They were obviously lower than those of the national and eastern regional levels.Conclusion Kunshan,as the most economically developed county in the country,its residents’medical expenses are relatively high both in the whole country and in the eastern part of the country.The ability of paying medical expenses in Kunshan are relatively strong.
