摘要
对内蒙古自治区凉城县农村居民医疗费用支出状况,及其对居民卫生服务利用的影响程度和居民的经济负担严重程度进行分析,认为:凉城县农村居民卫生服务公平性有待改善;居民现金卫生支出比重过高,导致凉城县居民"看病贵、看病难"问题。提出降低居民个人负担的医疗费用、健全新型农村合作医疗制度,完善医疗救助制度等政策建议。
The paper analyzes the situation of Rural inhabitants,medical expense of liangchen county,the influences on utilization of health services by residents and the severity of the economic burden laid on residents.The result indicated that it should be perfected to improve fairness of health services of rural inhabitants of liangchen county in Inner Mongolia,the proportion of Out-of-pocket health expenditure（oop） have made many problems on high health expenditures to rural inhabitants of liangchen county.Make policy recommendations that to reduce personal OOP and to perfect New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme and medical salvation system.
