摘要
目的探讨以问题为导向学习(PBL)的教学法及情境教学法在《急救护理学》教学过程中的应用效果。方法选取高职护生102名,随机分为PBL组52名、情境组50名,对PBL组、情境组分别采用相应的教学法。通过对护生理论和操作进行考核,以及满意度调查来评价2种教学方法。结果 PBL组学生理论考试成绩高于情境组,情境组学生操作成绩高于PBL组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PBL组学生对理论知识方面满意度高于情境组,情境组学生对实践技能方面满意度高于PBL组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种教学方法各有所长,应根据教学目标、教学内容合理选择。
Objective To evaluate the problem-based learning(PBL)and situational teaching method inmoduleof emergencynursing.MethodsAtotalof102nursingstudentswereran-domly dividedintothePBLgroup!n=52)and thesituationgroup!n=50),withPBLandsitua-tional teaching method,respectively.The teaching performance was evaluated by assessment on theories andpractice.Thesatisfactiondegreeofstudentson teachingmethod wasevaluated byquestionnaires.ResultsStudentsinthePBLgroupachievedhigherscoreontheoriestest,andstudents in the situation group achieved higher score on practice test(!<0.05).Students in the PBL group were more satisfied witli the theoretic knowledge while those in the situation group were more satisfied with the practical part(P<0.05).ConclusionThese two teaching methodsshould be used in a consideration of goals and content of courses.
