摘要
介绍了迷你临床演练评量(mini-CEX)应用于新护士规范化培训的可接受性与可行性。2011年使用mini-CEX进行新护士的带教和考核。①培训mini-CEX护理骨干教师。②改良mini-CEX,确定评量的具体内容。③严格执行mini-CEX的流程。④建立新护士轮转培训手册。⑤进行mini-CEX的评核。经过1年的实践,与2010年新护士规范化培训后第1年的成绩相比,其职业素养、行为规范、护理技能的考核成绩合格率由85.0%提升到99.0%;医院每季度进行的住院患者满意度测评满意率由88.0%提升到98.5%。认为mini-CEX提升了新护士的综合素质和住院患者满意度,可成为护理临床教学与评量的工具。
This paper introduces the acceptability and feasibility of mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise(mini-CEX) applyed to new nurse standardized training. The mini-CEX was applied in the training and evaluation of new nurses in 2011. The measures included training mini-CEX core teachers, improving the detailed contents of mini-CEX, strictly implementing the process of mini-CEX, editing rotary training manuals of new nurses and evaluating the training outcomes. The qualified rate of professional quality,behavior norm and nursing skills of the new nurses increased from 85.0% in 2010 to 99.0% in 2011,and the patient satisfaction increased from 88.0% to 98.5%. Mini-CEX has been proved to be effective to improve new nurses' comprehensive quality and patient satisfaction. It can be used as an effective assessment tool in nursing clinical teaching.
