摘要
目的探讨涂色活动对抑郁症患者抑郁和焦虑情绪的影响。方法将76例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各38例。对照组采用5-羟色胺(5-HT)再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)结合普通绘画疗法治疗,研究组给予SSRIs结合涂色活动治疗。干预前和干预4周后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD-17)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评估2组患者抑郁和焦虑状况,并进行干预效果评价。结果实施干预4周后,研究组脱落2例,对照组脱落3例。2组患者HAMD-17和HAMA评分较干预前降低(P<0.01),研究组HAMD-17和HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组有效率83.33%(30/36),高于对照组的60.00%(21/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用SSRIs结合涂色活动能改善抑郁症患者抑郁、焦虑的负性情绪,促进临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the effects of coloring activity on depression and anxiety in patients with depression.Methods Totally 76 patients with depression were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSrIs)combined with general painting therapy,while the study group was treated with SSrIs combined with coloring activity.Hamilton Depression Scale-17 items(HAMD-17)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were used to evaluate the depression and anxiety symptoms of the two groups before and 4 weeks afterthe intervention,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results After4 weeks of intervention,2 cases in the experimental group and 3 cases in the control group were lost to follow-up.HAMD-17 and HAMA scores in both groups were lowerthan those before intervention(P<0.051).HAMD-17 and HAMA scores in the study group were lowerthan those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,which was betterthan that of the control group 60.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SSrIs combined with coloring activity can improve the negative emotions of patients with depression and promote the clinical effect.
