摘要
面对当前激烈的行业竞争,非985、211的地方本科院校在争夺优秀教师和学生资源方面均处于劣势。在当前高校评价指标往科研水平倾斜的情况下,如何提高高校自身的科研水平成为每一个高等院校必须面对的问题。而这一问题对于非985、211地方高校而言显得更为迫切。本文对当前该类地方院校提升科研水平过程中遇到的困境以及对策进行一定探讨,并对未来高校发展形势提出了一点看法。
Currently,facing the furious competition in the industry,the non-985and non-211project universities are at a disadvantage in competing for the excellent teachers and students.Since the evaluation indicator of universities leans to the scientific research,how to improve the research level of university itself has become a great problem for each colleges and universities.However,the problem for the non-985and non-211project local colleges is more critical.In this paper,the current difficulties forpromoting the academic level of this kind of universities and the countermeasures are discussed.Furthermore,some views on the future development of colleges and universities are also presented.
