摘要
核心竞争力本质上是一个对自身资源开展的整合能力,而地方高校在资源上从传统意义上理解具有历史有限性、管理文化的地方性以及人财物资源的短缺性。但是,如果将"有限性"、"地方性"和"短缺性"这种地方高校发展的"压力"换个角度,换一种思维,将其转变成"动力",这无疑是对学校资源的重新认识和重新整合的过程,也是形成自身核心竞争力的过程,将为高校今后的进一步发展奠定了基础。
The core competence of corporation is essentially the ability to integration the resource. But the resource of district college is less than those universities, it is limited history, local culture and shortage of finance. If we change the outlook, those may be come the dynamic of the development to the college. The transversion is to recognize and to integrate the resource for making the core competence of corporation. The way does base the further development of college.
