摘要
文章在分析世纪之交我国中等师范学校面临的挑战和机遇以及近年来我国提升小学教师学历层次的几种探索模式的基础上 ,对小学教师培养问题提出了若干建议。文章指出 ,中师教育规模压缩势在必行 ,但应稳步推进 ,不能头脑发热 ,搞一刀切。中师布局结构调整也不能搞一窝蜂 ,必须根据国情、省情、地情和校情 ,严格掌握标准和尺度 。
In this article,based on the analysis of the challenges and opportunites in front of secondary normal schools and acrrent explorative models for upgrading academic qualifications for primary terchers,the authors put forward some recommendations about primary teacher training as follows:1)although it is necessary to reduce the scale of secondary normal schools, the reduction should be carried out steadily,not in haste;2)the adjustment of layout and structure of secondary normal schools should not rush headlong into action everywhere;3)the reduction and adjustment must be carried out according to national,provincial,local and school real conditions and strict standards and measures,thus standing the historical test.
