摘要
本文采用系统工程中的可能－满意法对城市的合理人口规模目标进行了研究分析，建立了包含经济水平、社会生活、生态环境及实力需求共四个方面、11个条目、25个因素的模型结构，根据不同的情况采用不同的因素并合规则，可得出一个在目标时间点上的城市合理人口规模及其合理程度与所依赖的条件，最后通过应用实例，说明本文方法是可行有效的．
