高师实现教师职前培养、职后培训双赢的策略 被引量:9

摘要 本文首先分析了深化高师教师教育改革的背景,在此基础上从两个方面重点探讨了高师教师教育的改革,即加强教师职业技能训练,促进理论修养和技能素质和谐发展;实施"顶岗实习,脱岗培训,行为跟进"三位一体教师教育新模式。通过大胆改革,期望实现教师职前培养和职后培训的双赢。
