摘要
分别进行了尿素包合与超临界精馏对于鱼油中EPA和DHA的富集实验研究,对实验所需参数进行了优化,并对两种富集产物进行了对比。结果表明,以超临界CO2精馏方法取得的富集产物要优于尿素包合法实验所得产品。
In this paper EPA and DHA in fish oil were enriched by urea inclusioncomplex and supercritical CO2 rectification respectively. The parameters needed in the experiment were examined. The optimum conditions were given and the products purified by two methods were compared. The results showed that the product by supercritical CO2 rectification was better than that by urea inclusioncomplex.
