摘要
本文对国内有关EPA（Eicosapentaenoicacid）及DHA（Docosahexaenoicacid）的特性、分离纯化方法及应用等研究现状进行了评述，并指出了与国际发达国家的差距，提出了今后工作的建议．
This review covers topics on the nature, separation and application of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). A substantial margin exists for the domestic research and development on EPA smf DHA sd compared with that in the developed countries, and more work in depth is needed.
