摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定顺铂注射液中顺铂的含量。方法以Hypersil NH2 色谱柱 ,0 .1%NaCl溶液为流动相 ,流速为 0 .8ml/min ,顺铂和反铂的保留时间分别为 3.37和 5 .5 1min ,检测波长为 2 10nm、最低检测限为 6ng。结果标准曲线的线性范围为 10 0 .0 4~ 30 0 .12 μg/ml(r=0 .9997) ,方法回收率为 99.0 7% ,RSD为 0 .5 4 %。
PurposeA HPLC method was established for determining the concentration of cisplatin injection.MethodsA Hypersil NH 2 column was used with a mobile phase of 1.0% NaCl solution at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min.The internal standard used as adenine.ResultsThe retention times of cisplatin and the transplatin were 3.37 and 5.51 min respectivly. The detection limit was 6 ng (210 nm).The standard curve was linear in the range from 100.04 to 300.12 μg/ml( r =0.999 7).The average recovery was 99.07% and the relative standard deviation was 0.54%.ConclusionThe method was selective, simple, rapid and accurate.
