摘要
报道制备顺铂复合型乳剂的方法,所制得的顺铂复合型乳剂具有粒径小、粒度分布均匀(99%以上粒径在2.0μm以下)以及稳定性好等特点.顺铂复合型乳剂的包封率,达到80%以上,PIT值在63℃左右,给小白鼠腹腔注射后,对小鼠S_(140)实体瘤的抑瘤率,顺铂复合型乳剂明显高于游离顺铂和空白复合型乳剂(P<0.001),复合型乳剂对小白鼠的LD_(50)是36.37mg/kg.
This article describes the method of preparation for cisplatin multiple-phase emulsion. Japanese emulsifying agent HCO-60,SO-l5 and polyvidone were used to increase the solubility of the cisplatin. The product of cisplatin multiple-phase emulsion had a small uniform granularity (The particle diameter over 99% is under 2. 0 μm)and the stability is fine. The entrapment rate of cisplatin multiple phase emulsion is more than 80%,By determining its electricelectrical conductivity, the phase into temperature is 63℃. The tumor inhibition rate of the cisplatin multiple-phase emulsion for S_(180) solid carcinoma was obviously higher than that of free cisplatin and blank multiple-phase emulsion after injecting to abdominal cavity of the rat(P<0. 001).
