摘要
目的:了解静脉输液操作过程中易诱发输液反应的因素,为规范临床输液操作提供依据。方法:对多家医疗单位的静脉输液操作过程进行调查、试验、分析。结果:配药与输液环境污染、方法不当、消毒效果不佳或消毒剂存在污染、输液滴速过快普遍存在。结论:静脉输液操作过程中配药、输液的环境与方法、消毒、输液滴速的不规范是诱发输液反应的因素。
AIM To find out the factors bringing out infusion reactions in the course of intravenous infusion and provide scientific basis for standardizing clinical infusion operation. METHODS The processes of intravenous infusion operation at a number of medical units have been investigated and analyzed. RESULTS There generally exist the pollution during making up prescriptions and improper infusion circumstances, incorrect methods, inappropriate disinfection or polluted disinfectant, and the immoderate speed of infusion. CONCLUSIONS The main factors which may bring out infusion reactions are incorrect methods of making up prescriptions, improper infusion circumstances and methods, inappropriate disinfection and inappropriate infusion rate.
