摘要
目的:分析输液反应发生的原因,寻找护理预防措施,降低输液反应的发生率,减少患者痛苦和经济损失。方法:研究我院2001年1月～2007年12月输液反应病例52例,进行分析总结。结果:输液反应的发生原因有药物、季节、患者、输液器具及操作等因素。结论:临床护理工作中。把好药品和输液器具质量关。严格无菌操作规程和输注速度,注意药物配伍禁忌,掌握相关的药理知识,加强对重点患者的输液观察,是预防输液反应的重要环节。
Objective： To Investigate and analyze the causes of transfusion reaction and to find the preventive measures,whereby to decrease the incidence of transfusion reaction,to alleviate the pain and to lessen the economic loss of patients. Methods： 52 cases of transfusion reaction occurred in our hospital during from Jan 2001 to Dec 2007 were analyzed.Results： the main causes for transfusion reaction included drug,season,patient,materials and operation. Conclusions： In clinical nursing work,checking on the quality of drugs and materials,strictly observing sterile operation standards,restricting speed of transfusion,paying close attention to contraindication of drugs,mastering related pharmaceutical knowledge and reinforcing the monitoring of key patients are the important measures for prevention of transfusion reaction.
