摘要
目的了解护理人员掌握输液治疗中的合理用药相关知识和技能操作的程度。方法自制调查问卷,对188名护理人员进行了调查。结果护理人员欠缺合理用药知识,处置方法不够规范,临床输液疗法质量不高,存在一定隐患。结论护士应加强输液合理用药相关知识的教育和培训,药学部门应对护理人员进行有效的合理用药指导,确保输液治疗的安全、合理、有效。
Objective To investigate the nurses＇ knowledge and technique of rational drug use about infusion treatment, in order to provide reference for the rational application in clinical infusion treatment, methods 188 nurses were investigated by us. results Nurses short on knowledge of rational drug use, Disposal method is not standard , Chnical infusion treatment quality is not high, There must be some hidden trouble, conclusion Nurses should strengthen the education and training about infusion of rational drug use, Pharmacy department should effectively guide the nurses how to use drug rationally, in order to ensure the safe infusion treatment, reasonable and effective.
