摘要
探讨科技期刊编辑对准备投稿、稿件退修和决定退稿的 3种文稿中存在的不同问题 ,如何采取针对性的措施 ,积极帮助他们做出恰当的处理 ,并以此为己任 ,从而保证文稿的创新性、科学性和实用性 ,提高期刊的质量 ,提高作者的科研水平和论文写作能力。
For different problems existed in those manuscripts preparing for contribution, waiting for revision or being rejected, different suggestions for the authors are made in the present paper. The editors should positively help the authors to guarantee the creativity, rationality and practicality of the contributions, and then to enhance the quality of journals and the authors' research ability.
