摘要
科技期刊编辑素养充分体现在初审退稿工作以及退稿信的写作中。针对退稿的主客观原因和“退稿不退人”的编辑原则,只有加强编辑工作者的政治、思想道德、科学文化和业务能力等各方面的素养,才能做好科技期刊退稿工作,保证期刊的质量。
The qualities of sci-tech periodical editors are fully reflected in the letter of manuscript rejection and preliminary reviewing. In light of the diversified reasons of manuscript rejection and the principle of ＂rejecting the manuscripts rather than the authors＂, this paper points out that, only by enhancing the political, moral, sci-tech and professional qualities of editors can the work of manuscript rejection be done in a satisfactory way and the periodical quality be guaranteed.
