科技期刊的作用和发展引人注目 ,科技期刊编辑的边缘角色问题值得重视。其边缘状态既有整体的又有个体的。正确认识和对待编辑的社会角色问题 ,发掘编辑的创造力 ,有助于推动刊社的发展。
The function and development of the sci tech periodicals are in the limelight of people's concern, and more attention should be paid to the borderline role of the science editors.The borderline status has features of both overall and individual. Realizing and correctly handling the social role of the science editors, and activating their productive forces are helpful to the development of the editorial department.
