摘要
卵泡刺激素 (促卵泡激素 ,FSH)是由动物垂体前叶嗜碱性细胞合成和分泌的一种糖蛋白类促进腺激素 ,在动物 (包括人类 )的繁殖过程中起重要作用。文章扼要介绍了卵泡刺激素的作用机制、基因结构及重组 FSH的研究情况 。
