摘要
在对山羊促卵泡素α、β亚基基因克隆和瞬时表达的基础上,构建促卵泡素αβ双表达载体,并转染中国仓鼠卵巢细胞(Chinese Hamster Ovary Cells,CHO),在潮霉素B的抗性筛选下,进行稳定表达,获得了稳定表达的CHO细胞株,为重组激素制剂的研制提供了必备条件。
The dual expression vector pVITRO-FSHαβ was successfully constructed on the basis of cloning of goat FSH α&β and transient expression. The plasmids were transfected into Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells, and stable expressing cells were acquired by screening of Hygromycin B. These results would make preparations for producing recombinant hormone.
