绿藻对海兰褐蛋鸡繁殖性能的影响

摘要 随机选用26周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡160只,分为4组,每组设4个重复,每个重复10只鸡,其中1组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮,2、3、4组分别在基础饲粮中添加2%,3%,4%的绿藻。结果显示:添加不同比例的绿藻可提高蛋鸡的产蛋率、日产蛋量,与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01);料蛋比与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);平均蛋重和日耗料量略有变化,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲喂了含绿藻的饲粮以后,蛋鸡血液中的促卵泡素(FSH)含量实验组和对照组相比分别升高了8.9%(P<0.01)、15.8%(P<0.01)、19.2%(P<0.01);E2的含量升高了7.2%(P>0.05)、21.6%(P<0.05)、28.4%(P<0.05);LH和P4的含量没有明显的变化;T的含量降低了4.0%(P>0.05)、17.0%(P<0.05)、19.8%(P<0.05)。 One hundred and sixty twenty-six-week-age Hy-line layers were randomly allotted to 4 treatments,each treatment was represented by 4 replicates of 10 birds. The control group 1 was fed with the basic diets,2,3 and 4 trial groups were fed with the basic diets containing 2%,3% and 4% seaweeds. The results as follows:The rate of producing eggs,quantity of eggs were increased as dietary seaweeds increased (P〈0.01),feed efficiency was decreased comparative between the trial groups and the control group (P〈0.05),and there were no significant difference in egg weight and feed consumption among the treatments (P〉0.05). After taking the dietary seaweeds,FSH and E2 were increased by 8.9% (P〈0.01), 15.8%(P〈0.01), 19.2% (P〈0.01) and 7.2% (P〉0.05),21.6% (P〈0.05),28.4% (P〈0.05),respectively,T was decreased by 4.0%(P〉0.05),17.0% (P〈0.05),Ig.8%(P〈0.05),LH and P4 were no significant differences (P〉0.05).
