摘要
分析了珠海市土地利用的现状和主要问题 ;提出在区域开发过程中 ,应依法加强土地监测与管理、深入土地管理制度改革、合理调整土地利用结构 ,以保障土地资源的可持续利用。
Based on investigation,this paper analysis the current characteristics and problems of land use in Zhuhai.In order to carry out sustainable land use,it's important to strengthen the governing of land use by law,reform the land use system and adjust land use structure reasonably.
